You can update the following information through the Customer Portal on LouisianaOutdoors.com:
- Contact Information
- Driver's license or ID information
- Alternate ID information
- Mailing Address
- Physical Address
- Characteristics
Click the Edit button on the Customer Details page after locating your account or select the View Account Details button on your dashboard.
- After you update your account information, your licenses, hunter or boater education certifications, and permits will automatically update when you access them again.
To update or correct your first name, last name, date of birth, or social security number (SSN), you must contact the LDWF Support Team at (225)267-9996 for assistance.
