If you purchased a Hard Card and it has not been delivered within 7-10 business days, contact the LDWF HQ Licensing department so they can investigate the status of your delivery.

• IMPORTANT: Possessing a Hard Card does not entitle you to receive an updated Hard Card automatically each year. You are required to purchase a new Hard Card annually if you wish to obtain an updated Hard Card license.
