1. Log in to Your LDWF Account
   Start by logging into your account on LouisianaOutdoors.com.
2. Access the ROLP Portal
   Once logged in, click the Get ROLP button on your Customer Dashboard next to Licenses & Permits.
3. Complete the Process
   You will be directed to the ROLP portal, where you can follow the prompts to obtain your permit. The permit is issued free of charge.
