• (0049) Senior Hunting/Fishing License (60 Years & Older)
  • Cost: $5
  • Includes: This license is in lieu of Res Basic and Res Saltwater Fishing Licenses along with Res/NR Charter Passenger Freshwater and Res/NR Saltwater Fishing Guide Licenses; Res Basic, Res Deer, Res Waterfowl, and Res Turkey Hunting Licenses; and the Res/NR WMA Access Permit. It also includes all legal gear privileges for fishing and hunting.
    • This license is free for Louisiana residents born before June 1, 1940 who have lived in Louisiana for 6 months.
  • Duration: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

What to Expect with Online Purchases

If you purchase your license online, please note:

• You will NOT receive a physical license in the mail unless you purchase a (0300) Hard Card License.
• Instead, you will receive:
  • An email with the temporary authorization number and a PDF of your licenses. You can print the PDF or save it to the electronic device you plan to take fishing.
• LA Wallet App: Louisiana residents with a valid Louisiana driver’s license or ID card can use the LA Wallet app to display their purchased LDWF licenses on their smartphone.
