You must be logged into your LDWF account to see the Manage Auto-Renew option under Renewals.

• You can renew your license by clicking the Purchase button under Licenses & Permits to obtain a new license. 

Checking Auto-Renew Status 

Verifying an auto-renewal status requires logging into your LouisianaOutdoors.com account. Once logged in, complete the following steps:

1. Click Manage Auto-Renew under Renewals.
2. Under My Auto-Renewals there you will have a list of license(s) that you currently own that are set up for auto-renewal.
   • Click the red Disable Auto-Renew button next to a specific license to stop it from auto-renewing after expiration.
3. Under Eligible Products there you will have a list of license(s) that you currently own that are available for auto-renewal.
   • Click the green Enable Auto-Renew button next to a specific license to enable auto-renewing after expiration.

Updating or Confirming Your Payment Information 

Keeping payment details up to date ensures successful auto-renewals. If your card is lost/stolen or you get a new card, you will need to complete the steps below to update your auto-renewal. Updating or confirming auto-renewal payment information requires logging into your LouisianaOutdoors.com account. Once logged in, complete the following steps:

1. Click Manage Auto-Renew under Renewals.
2. At the top of the Auto-Renew Management page, click Payment Method to view the payment method on file for auto-renewal.
3. Click the red Remove button to delete the current payment method.
4. Click the green Change Payment Method button to update it. 

Cancelling or Turning Off Auto-Renewal 

Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time, preventing future automatic charges while maintaining access until the current license(s) expires. Cancelling or turning off an auto-renewal requires logging into your LouisianaOutdoors.com account. Once logged in, complete the following steps:

1. Click Manage Auto-Renew under Renewals.
2. Under My Auto-Renewals there you will have a list of license(s) that you currently own that are set up for auto-renewal.
3. Click the red Disable Auto-Renew button next to the specific license to stop it from auto-renewing after expiration.
   • If your license is still valid and you want to re-enable auto-renewal, scroll down to Eligible Products and click the green Enable Auto-Renew button next to the license.
